What ages is The Play Hive for?
The Play Hive welcomes children aged 1 year and over.
Do parents or guardians need to stay?
Yes. A responsible parent or guardian should remain on-site and supervise their children throughout the visit.
Do we need to reserve before visiting?
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins may be possible when there is space.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes. Children need to wear socks while playing. Grip socks are ideal, but regular socks are also welcome.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Yes, food and drinks are welcome, but they must be kept outside the play area.
Can I host a birthday celebration?
Yes. Contact our team with your preferred date, number of children, and ideas, and we will help shape a celebration option.
How long is a play session?
Choose a 1-hour session for ₹200, a 2-hour session for ₹350, or a 3-hour session for ₹500 per child. Your confirmation will include the exact arrival and finish time.
When is The Play Hive open?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
How does Hive Rewards work?
Earn one digital honey stamp for each paid child admission. Six stamps unlock one free 1-hour play session. Your stamps are kept on your private Hive Card on this website.
What if my child needs a quieter visit?
Send us a message before you come. We can suggest time slots that may be calmer, based on expected bookings.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Contact us as early as possible. The final cancellation and rescheduling policy will be shared with your confirmation.
